Front Desk staff was very nice. I arrived early and she let me check in before my time once the room was ready she called me while me and the family went for something to eat.

Located near shopping center
Had a horrible smell upon walking in. Smelled like natural gas. Rooms are so outdated. Rust around the metal lamps, bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve think I’ve ever experienced. Hallways smelled as well.

Shuttle service...I do understand stand that it is a free service but to send a shuttle to pick up people when you know their is a party waiting with 3 and another of 4 and the driver to stay when he gets out I only have room for 2 people??? We are asked when we call how many are in our party? It's very frustrating to us who are waiting....Then to hear the person at the front desk say well it is a courtesy of the hotel to do this ...I'm sure we are paying for it in our hotel price It doesn't make me want to think of your brand to stay at again even though everything else was great

Great location, nicer decor and room than expected for the great price. The free breakfast was also better than expected. Can easily eat low carb and fairly healthy if so desired which was a plus. Our double bed room was well appointed, modern and larger than normal. Super convenient location with nice shaded walking paths and many shops and a few restuarants in the business park across the street. Highly recommend!

We had reservations on March 30To March 31. We arrived at the hotel and were told by the lady from the front desk that they were fully booked. I gave them my booking number that the assistant General Manager, Annabelle Rojas, sent as a confirmation. She told us they had no rooms and asked us to leave. It was close to midnight and there were multiple employees on the first floor that were very loud and apparently having a party

The room was incredibly unclean...the couch had so many unknown stains on it we didn't dare sit on it, or even put our belongings on it. There were dried food stains on the desktop, the nightstands, and even on the phone and remote control. Our 11 yr old son was traveling with us, and has severe food allergies, so it was very concerning that surfaces had not been adequately cleaned, putting him at risk of a potential exposure triggering an allergic reaction. I did take photos of these examples and can provide upon request.The furniture and fixtures of the room were also older and rundown. A disappointing stay, and will definitely not stay there again.
