Great location for restaurants and the I ride trolley , front desk staff was always happy and willing to help . Apartments was clean
One small negative is would have liked a midweek sheet change , I know we could have asked for clean bedding but not something I want to do on holiday .

Location to icon parc was perfect - 3 mins walk to restaurants, bars, entertainment.
Suite consisted of 2 en- suite bedrooms, lounge area and kitchenette.
Laundry facilities available on site.
Large, clean pool and hot tub.
Parking on site - free of charge.
We had a few issues with the room, (safe not locking, hot tap in 1 en suite not working and the main door very stiff to open. )
The only one were concerned with was the door as you needed to push your hip against it hard to open which could be difficult for an elderly person.

Central, spotless, coffee dock on site, very friendly and helpful reception staff who couldn’t do enough, storage for luggage on site
We stayed for 6 nights and there’s no room cleaning until 8 days, had to request towels and toilet paper, not a huge deal as staff always brought them when requested, the floor was dirty so would be handy to have a mop in the rooms for guests to use if needed

Very central to both theme parks. The shuttle bus from the property to universal studios was very easy to book and access. Staff were very pleasant and were helpful dealing with problems we encountered.
We had ants get into our room and the room felt very damp for most of our stay but the hotel staff dealt with the situations promptly

It was close to alot of restaurants, fast food places. It was not too far from the major parks, malls and the airport. The suite was spacious and the kitchen had plenty utensils.
I would have liked the property to have an onsite restaurant and serve a buffet breakfast.

I like the location it's convenient to all attractions and lots of stores.The hotel was nice room was clean and spacious.
I didn't like the stove kept turning off and no extra sheets and pillows for the pullout couch.

Any staff we met were excellent
Lots of paint falling off ceiling was in our room all week on floor, towels were changed beds were changed so housekeeping were in at least 3 to 4 times ,false nail on floor in lift for at least 3 days
