Cleanliness was good. Front desk employee was very knowledgeable. Sauna was good.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The hotel is clean and has tons of space to spread out and relax. It's close to both a Wal-Mart and the Orange County Convention Center. And its a 10 min Uber to Universal Studios.
The free shuttle service is just once in the morning and night, not super convenient. Also, and this was the biggest negative, the bed mattress are extremely hard. To the point where my shoulders and neck hurt every morning and I would wake up multiple times at night. I might not stay here again because of how hard the mattress are.

I loved my entire experience with sonesta es Orlando it was quite, the restaurant options in walking distance was a plus, alot of activities so close to my stay. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The location of the hotel is brilliant and the suites are well appointed and provide excellent value for money. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and accommodating. For a hotel at this price point we were happy with the pool, hot tub, onsite laundry and the small fitness center.
It was rather disappointing to learn that the suites were only cleaned once every seven days unless we were prepared to pay an additional cost. This was not ideal with four kids! Although it didn't have a hugely negative impact on our overall experience, and we will stay at the Sonesta Suites again if we are in the area, it is certainly worth mentioning. Also, the free WiFi was not very good at all - connecting was very hit and miss. Again, there were additional daily rate options for enhanced WiFi. As I say, neither of these issues would prevent us from staying again (unless it was my intention to work from the property) but I would have expected more regular cleaning and reasonable WiFi as standard.......
