Clean and spacious rooms, nice pools. Really beautiful area and easy to access all major attractions in Orlando.
Having security flashing lights at us for simply sitting and chilling on our balcony at 1am. We were talking so quietly we could barely hear each other, but supposedly were being too loud. Really killed the vibe when we were already being conscious to be extra quiet.

Excellent amenities, skeptical about the facility while booking but very satisfied with the accommodations!
The only thing I wanted was to sit by the pool, watch/swim with my family and have a few mai Thai drinks…everything went as planned but the poolside bar service needed help and the Mai Thai I had been hoping was professionally crafted came up short.

It was very nice, clean, and friendly staff!
Only thing I wish is that there was more to do on the resort. The pools should be open either later or all night. They close at 11pm, which I think is a bit too early for vacationers who want a late night swim. Starbucks on the property was not great but who cares lol. Also, pool chairs and tables should have been cleaned at least a few times a week, they were pretty gross! Room service came at all different times every day, and when they knocked on the door, we obviously were in the room, they asked if we needed anything. Uhm, yes? I needed towels, sheets changed, garbages changed, which they gave me the supplies to do, which is ok, wish they would have just came in the room but I didn’t mind doing it myself.

The fan in the living room didn't work, they did replace it. TVs didn't work, went on then when I would choose a channel it would shut off both of them.... there was no silver wear so no spoons for the coffee, had to but ice which I have never experienced in a hotel such as a Marriot would not rebook

I loved staying here, it was so close to the parks and that was the main reason my husband and I booked this vacation. But coming back to the hotel after walking all day and having the option for the pools was amazing. And as a runner I loved having the resort to do my runs and not feel like I was in people's way. The staff was so nice and attentive, we will definitely be back !
