Wonderful
The rooms, the pool, the people! The team at the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate our requests even though they were at full occupancy. We stayed in the Key West section and the rooms are all freshly renovated. They are spotless. The pools are fabulous. The resort is top notch but the main thing that stood out was the level of customer service we received. The team here are super responsive... Front desk, security, housekeeping, maintenance and the team in the main pool bar. Customer Service across the board was excellent. They have a customer text alert system in place, Any issues you text them and they respond immediately. Really excellent.
We were told the Key West area had a pool bar... technically they do but its only open at the weekend. Our stay was from Tuesday-Friday so having moved from the Hilton Tuscany Village we really missed the pool bar. However, there was a pool bar at the main pool. In every other way, Sheraton was far superior to Tuscany Village, particularly the cleanliness of the resort and the fantastic customer service. Only other niggle is the parking fee.....

The room it was nice and the view that’s pretty much it
I didn’t like check in I got hound about payment when I had already paid they confirmed then at the pool I got hit in the head by another guess son and they told me kids will be kids and when I said I had brain surgery they said they was done talking no are you ok or nothing on top of that after check out I was hound again about payment terrible experience

Parking should be included when you are at a resort. I dont understand why parking should cost extra.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and well equipped.
The staff at the pool bar/restaurant were HORRIBLE. Two different times we went to there to eat and drink. The staff were unwelcoming and RUDE. We witnessed the staff treating several guests terribly!! I live in Tampa and frequently travel to Orlando for work and vacation so we have stayed in several resorts in Orlando and never have we experienced a staff that was so rude! They need to realize they work in the hospitality industry and if they do not like guests or tourists then find a different career!! We will not be returning to this property and will spread the world of how horrible the staff was. Even the housekeeping staff that we saw often throughout the resort and maintenance people were unfriendly. It’s like everyone hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there!!

It was very clean and nice.
The playground closes at 8:00pm while the pool stays open until 11pm. It is still daylight at 8:00pm and several of our kids wanted to play on the playground.
There was not a full length mirror in our room.
The presentation for the time share was very intense.

Had a nice time.. Resort has many things for kids, pool was nice, waterslide was a plus. Room was big and great for price. Beds were very comfortable
Was only there for a day, and everything was so spread out that it was hard to get to everything in a day. Definitely would like to stay longer than a day to enjoy more.
