the pool were good but some were cold.
Cockroach was running on the kitchen counter. No one answered the phone at the front desk so I had to walk over and told the manager. Asked for a different room and the manager was not nice about it. security did come and take out the cockroach.

The location perfect for both Disney and Universal parks. Also shopping and restaurants nearby . Roomy and comfortable apartment. Great kitchen facilities. Excellent pricing. Safe and secure.
There was a problem with a leaking pipe which had created a damp situation in the apartment. When reported it was remedied quickly, we were moved into another apartment and given an allowance to spend in the site restaurant. However, this was obviously an ongoing issue which should have been picked up by housekeeping before we arrived.

The grounds and pools are clean and beautiful. My grandchildren loved their time in the pools. The location is quiet and convenient.
Regarding the room, the dishwasher in our unit is very old and does not function well.
Second, when we arrived we were informed of a $25 per day parking fee (6 days), so with that and parking at the parks for four days, we paid $290. Ouch! We were not told about the parking fee when we made our reservation. We stayed here in 2016 and were not charged for parking. This should not be a surprise, but should be included in the rental cost.

Location. Nice on-site restaurant
Thin walls, when we arrived to our room we were welcomed with a note that our building would be without water for 6 hours during our stay. They also were doing emergency repairs from 12 midnight to 6 am. on the plumbing in our building that you could hear.
