The fact that at check out they told me they would send me the bill. The bill came with a 190 usd charge that I still do not know where it came from.

Location great, close to everything. Pool was excellent, The 2 BR villa wa so nice and spacious, had everything we needed and more.
No elevators (had climb 3 flights of steps to our Villa , we did agree to it at registration. )

Loved the location
They put me next to a large group of people being loud all night. Their kids were throwing stuff at peoples cars including mine. I had to move my vehicle. Reported to staff at place and nobody kicked them out. Just kept warming them only. I checked out and left in middle of night. My autistic son was very upset and scared. It was ridiculous that they allowed this nonsense at a nice hotel. Then they tried to charge me extra fees outside of booking.

The staff at the Welcome Center showed exceptional hospitality, even though we arrived late at night. After a long day at Disney, his warm welcome was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!
When we arrived, toilet paper rolls and body soap were missing from the room. Since we were only staying for a few hours, we didn’t request them, but it was definitely inconvenient. That said, everything else in the room was well thought out—we could feel the care from the staff member who prepared it. So close!
