Property was beautiful and very clean. Staff was very friendly.
Elevator made horrible noise each trip and did not open flush to the floor and my husband tripped. Room service and buffet was terrible and expensive. Website states adult pool and that doesn’t exist.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and the staff were lovely.
It was very dated and needed to be updated. The air conditioning in the room was so loud that it disturbed our sleep every night so didn’t leave feeling as rested as we should have. Our first room was slightly nicer but we had ants in the bathroom and some in the bedroom too. When my partner spoke to reception, they offered to move our room to a better room on the 7th wing. As we had already booked to go to Universal studios we were told that we could change when we got back. When we came back we were given the same style room but even more dated than the first. Such a shame as this hotel has so much potential.

Staff (almost everywhere) were just fantastic! The restaurants on site were TOP NOTCH..the sushi was delicious and fresh..The pool bar and atmosphere was just amazing. Very impressed with everthing, thank you.
The waitresses at the cocktail bar didn't seem they wanted to be there..I know there was a lot going on but over all it was a great time.
