That you have a pool bar & lounge all together. Nice to relax, hangout, eat & drink.
Upon checking in, that I asked the gentleman at the front desk reception , even overheard him discussing with service tech, to check that pool chair lift was working, so when we got down to pool, I could use it. He stated all good. But that was not the case. It was wrapped, covered up. I had to ask the bartender to call for help. The service technicians didn't know what to look for. We're roaming the grounds, flower bed etc to see how it works. I went over to them and told them how the type you have usually works with a pin jold and spindle action. They worked at it, but couldn't figure it out after a few minutes. I stated I was going back to the bar to enjoy my cocktail. Please let me know when ready to use.
It took about 15-20 minutes. This could/should have been done when I asked the front desk and hour previously. I was disappointed.

We didn’t realize there was a breakfast….. nobody said anything about it to us
I DID NOT like having to pay 22.00 to park in the hotel parking lot! I was staying there overnight for goodness sake I should have not had to pay to park my vehicle!! I can see paying for valet that’s a persons choice but I had NO CHOICE but to pay!!!
