Location is amazing for the convention we attended.
A lot of amenities within the hotel, made it convenient to not have to leave to get quick food or drink. Morning breakfast room service was great.
Excellent porter and Concierge service, they went above and beyond to accommodate us.
No negative experience. It is pricey for food and daily parking, but it’s Orlando and you pay for the convenience of not leaving property.
I can say the quality of the pizza in the food hall was pretty horrible.

The property is beautiful.. rooms are clean. Location is perfect with walkways directly into the W. Convention Center.

People were friendly, hotel was clean and well kept
Our suite had a full bar - with NO barwear, no glasses, etc. Such a waste. No flatware, no bottle openers, etc. But no cups? Thats just crazy. We had to go shopping to use the room we paid for.
