Great food in the restaurant Everglades, and excellent sandwich at Harry's outside by the pool. Catered formal events were good.
Very convenient access to Convention Center West Hall.
We missed have in our room made up the first day. Suggest having a hanger for the door asking for a room to be made up.
A bit on the pricey side, I assume because we were a captive audience for DEMA.

Location and parking was good
No in house transportation from front to back of building to attend functions . It’s a very long walk for Senior Citizens. A golf cart service for hotel guest or an inside pedi bike service during events.

It was central to what we needed. Beautiful! Comfortable! Great prices!
The website stated the lobby bar kitchen was open till 11pm on Saturday night it is not. All charging outlets by the bed did not work and the body soap dispenser was empty.

The pool had potential.
People were wasted drunk around the pool stumbling and falling all over the concrete, jumping in the pool nonstop and just being trashy. The lady at check in was rude. The bathroom layout is horrible. It’s very crammed and the sink is on the outside of the bathroom. To open the bathroom door you have to go behind the toilet or straddle the toilet due to lack of room inside the bathroom. The pillows also smelt dirty.

Staff was nice and it was clean
Had music playing at the area by the pool til close to midnight we tried to get them to switch our room 3 times to an area away from pool. They kept telling us it would stop once at 10 pm and it just started again and two other times they said they were stopping it and never happened
Also a separate 30 dollar charge for parking when staying somewhere is insane to me.

Garage little far. Shower head wasn’t great. The shower diverter didn’t work properly. The water kept coming out the spout, therefore shower head had low pressure. The shampoo and conditioner was low.
