Residence Inn Orlando is a stellar 5-star stay. The property stands out for its cleanliness, newness, helpful staff, central location, and convenient parking availability. Everything feels fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully run. We stayed in a one-bedroom king suite, which was incredible—almost on par with a room in a 5-star hotel. The suite was large and spotless, featuring an open kitchen with stools, a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and complete kitchenware. The bed was truly fit for a “king,” extremely comfortable and perfect for a restful night. The bathroom was also very large, clean, and highly functional—almost like a well-designed home bathroom. What made the experience even more remarkable was the price, which was unbelievably good for the quality offered. If you’re visiting Orlando, don’t hesitate to stay at Residence Inn—you definitely won’t regret it. A well-deserved 5/5 experience.
The only small caveat is that breakfast ends at 9 a.m., which can feel a bit early for those who prefer a more relaxed morning.

Location is great, staff is friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast is decent.
I spent 5 nights and housekeeping hasn't cleaned up the suite once. Breakfast is so-so... Eggs are systematically overcooked and dry and there's never one fresh vegetable served.

Large room, kitchen equipped with all basics, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and accommodating personnel.
Location is good, a few blocks from downtown, but felt a bit deserted/isolated. White noise from the highway nearby.

Kitchen with the room was good for preparing meals for our baby. Breakfast was also ok but not so various. Bed was comfy.
We requested cot for our baby who is 1 year old once i book my rooom. When we enter we see that cot was without crib which is not acceptable and they did not provide anything. Heating fan of the room was very noisy. No slippers were provided.
