The set up of the room was good ?
Thr elevator was not working on the side our rooms were on . Ice room was out of order.
House keeping did not knock door in the morning she just opened door ? good thing I always put safety lock on. She apologized for what she did.

We loved the location! It was so close to Universal/Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe. It was also great to be walking distance of Top Golf and many restaurants and attractions in Icon Park/i-drive. The breakfast in the morning always surprisingly very good with a lot of variety and catered to all dietary needs. The pool was nice too! Nothing fancy, but still nice!
The AC was really loud in the night for both rooms and would sometimes make a screeching sound.

Having a kitchen and a microwave
Shower faucet was loose and kept leaking. No coffee pot only the machine. Parking was too compacted which made it hard to park anywhere. Hotel hallway and room wasn’t very clean.

The cleanliness and polite kind staff and variety of full breakfast.
Close to everything by Orland Convention center, walk to a lot of different restaurants or cheap Uber rides
