Everything...
Since my staying at the hotel never came in to clean the room or change the sheets or towels. I did complain to the manager in which he assured me that he was going to send someone to clean but that didn't happen. And the internet was not working and there was no Spanish channel to watch on the TV. THEMONEY I PAY WAS NOT WORTHY FOR ME TO COME BACK THERE EVER AGAIN

The staff was responsive to our requests for maintenance and housekeeping -- it is not their fault that the hotel is dated. They offer strawberry smoothies for breakfast. There is a full-size fridge and basically you get a small apartment. Nice pool. Large dining area and hotel is in great location; walking distance to restaurants, night club and International Dr. Lobby is laid out nicely and aesthetically pleasing.
We were hoping that after a day out in hot sunny Florida, we'd come back to a clean room. Instead, our bed was as we left it, towels were on the floor, trash in the tiny trashcans were overflowing and we were told we get cleaning every other day. The shower curtains cause the shower to flood the floor. The sink was outside the bathroom so if you are sleeping, you had to endure bright lights from other room guests. The furniture is dated, there is no desk in the bedroom or other seating, the dining seats are too low for the table, the room still has carpet, and the living room couch was very uncomfortable. You could see sunscreen oil and hair floating in the jacuzzi. You have to share a slow elevator with housekeeping. The comforter on the bed was too thin. Breakfast oatmeal was not great. The veggie scramble for breakfast, tasted like cheese.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were fantastic with the separate areas, very clean and maintained. We had a small issue with water flow in the bathroom sink and once it was reported it was fixed. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast variety was fantastic.

The breakfast was very good with nice selections. Want to give a special thank you to Ms. Fortune who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Ex: potatoes had meat in them which we couldn't eat so she had plain potatoes cooked for us. Your staff, front desk, cleaners and kitchen help were kind, friendly and accommodating.
The water in tub while showering hardly drained out. Slightly clogged. Parking charge.

The Artwork inside, The Set Up, Very Nice Stay for couples. Close to everything, no trouble at all finding it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING THIS
Only thing, i wish it had a designated parking spot for the property. Hated parking where i couldn’t see my vehicle just in case of burglaries or something.

location is nice and the staff is really friendly
the rooms are very noisy.. next to the bed is the ventilation shaft which is very loud. I had to shut down the hearing/cooling system to be able to sleep
