For the most part the location was great. Nice and tidy area.
When I got room service 2 gold chains went missing. Granted they had a safe where I could have left our belongings but it’s the principle of it all. To put the icing on the cake, even snacks were taken from my room. I complained and reported it and it got me absolutely nowhere. Whoever cleaned the room just be glad I never saw your face!

My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere throughout the property felt calm and inviting. I especially appreciated the small touches—quick responses to requests, friendly greetings in the hallways, and the overall sense that the team truly cares about guests’ comfort.

Beautiful, clean , spacious room ,comfortable bed great bathroom, mirrors. Big tv I will definitely stay again and recommend it my to friends.
The shuttle to the park and Disney springs disappointed us , didn’t show up so we had to uber.

Booking. Com website says free breakfast but when you get there you have to pay 16 dollars.
Parking isn’t free also it’s another 16 dollars and it’s not a private parking lot anyone can come and go as they please . Signs are up not responsible if they break into your car but they do want to charge you. Other than that place is nice.

Hotel was hard to locate even with GPS, small Marriot sign on a small board next to the entrance, Orlando has many Marriot in the vicinity, even local police could not determine the location, Install a Marriot sign on the Building, charges for breakfast were not as advertised in the booking
