Great location, friendly staff, big room, big balcony, and I love that you park in a garage.
Balcony is big which is great but there is a really bad Gnat problem. We were on the 11th floor and they were everywhere, I had to buy two cans of bug spray and spray everything to put up like a “ shield “ to fend them off. It worked but they eventually came back. Sprayed the balcony Thursday evening, they came back Sunday morning. Maybe put a screen or a bug zapper. Also the sink fills up pretty quickly while washing dishes, had to stop midway to let the water go down.

Front desk was friendly and helpful, pool areas were great, liked the dishes in the room.
Fountain was really loud, lobby freezing, and we had hairs all over our bathroom and bedding upon arrival.

Location... This Hilton is better than most I've visited... Security was great. Location again was right where you needed to access every part of Orlando. This will be my choice over the other location. Comfortable huge balcony. Everything was Amazing

Great pool facilities
There is no proper restaurant. There is something resembling a fast food canteen with mostly American junk food options, but for a restaurant like the Hilton to not have a proper nice restaurant was super disappointing. We chose to eat (better) at the airport than to have lunch in the eating fasilitet of the hotel.
