Stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Personal plans changed & ran across this property at an incredible price so we snagged it up as quickly as we could. Fantastic resort in the middle of Orlando but you would never know it. Situated in an ideal newer developed area within easy reach of Disney.
Hate the timeshare tour push.

The A/C and Dishwasher didn't work right. The A/C was fixed thankfully but the dishwasher still has draining problem

Location and accommodations. The staff was excellent, courteous, down-to-earth0 and professional.
Upon my arrival to my room, I noticed a large ball of used paper towels, near the window beneath the curtains. Also, took a longtime for the shower water to heat up. Other than those minor issues, everything was great.

The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and family friendly. The suites were spacious and comfortable, and having a full kitchen made the stay feel like home.
The bathroom shower curtain should really be replaced with a sliding glass door. Every time someone takes a shower, water leaks out and floods the bathroom floor. It was very inconvenient and made the bathroom messy and slippery.
