It was close to parks
Our room was NOT good. It was small and had a terrible odor. The air conditioning was noisy and it felt like the air was never refreshed. There were no windows that opened.

Large comfortable rooms, great location for Disney and Universal. Quiet pool area, lovely grounds and plenty of food places nearby.
Staff try hard to get you onto a timeshare presentation when you check in.
