Everything was great, very OLD and outdated, but Perfect for the occasion. Not as many wall outlets, but very spacious.
Old looking decor, phone in room was definitely from the 80s needs a major upgrade and remodel.

The location and the price.
The beds are NOT comfortable it was like sleeping on concrete, the AC does not circulate properly in the bedrooms and there were roaches in the kitchen sink. There is construction right next door and they worked all day until 8pm even on the weekend.

Quiet, good swimming pool and jacuzzi well maintained and spacious. Staff are very friendly and could not have been more helpful no matter what time of day or night. The whole setting was great. This isn't 5 star by any means, but exceptional value for money.
Some dated furniture and some more kitchen utensils required. Cutlery/Scissors/colander etc. The sofa bed was very warn. We used the rather tired mattress on the floor rather than on the frame as a result. But this wasn't any kind of inconvenience and none of this detracted from our stay overall, especially given the plus points.

The space was perfect for our party of 4 we stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the quiet area and the amenities were great it was like being at home and I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling in the Orlando area. Thank you for a restful weekend it was great and the weather was perfect for anything you would like to do, no rain at all. Thank you for a great place and price for your services. We loved it and we will be back soon.

Location was excellent. Right next to seaworld and discovery cove. Lots of restaurants around. You can get discounted tickets at the office. Staff was very helpful.
This place is not handicap friendly. It was kinda outdated but still clean. The restaurant is over priced.
