We had a great stay! The check-in process was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly, polite, and very attentive, which made us feel really welcome from the start.
Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers nice pools, great restaurants, and regular room cleaning, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent, and the water park is a fantastic bonus — especially for families or anyone looking to have some fun.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely come back!
The only downside was that the parking was quite expensive.

The waterpark/pool was such a good place to hangout. Room was very clean and together. Helpful staff.
I personally think that the extra parking fees and nightly fees are excessive.

Clean. Well kept. Good facility amenities and signage.
Having to be there for work and it being a property full of vacationers as well was not the greatest. Many people were loud well into the night partying on balconies and slamming doors in the hall. Too noisy for my taste

Location was perfect with shuttles to Disney world. In-hotel facilities were exceptional. water park, Starbucks, grocery store, arcade, etc..
Staff were very friendly. no complaints.
