Nothing! My reservation was cancelled without notice after charging me and they didnt have any other place for us to stay! We had to get another room at a different hotel after we drove for 13 hours because the staff didnt know where I was supposed to go. The front desk gave me a non working number to call! I was told I would get a refund but I never did! Booking has not contacted me! They hang up on me when I call!
The fact that I was charged for a reservation that was cancelled without notice! I had a medication that needed refrigeration and it costs $3000 and I had to dispose of it because it got too warm and it was not safe to use! This caused me to lose a life saving medication that I cant buy again! I could potentially die from losing this medication. I will be getting my attorney involved! This is unacceptable! Booking needs to respond!

It was well appointed and spacious, very clean and convenient. Having a washer/dryer was extremely helpful. Huge bathroom stocked with amazing brown sugar and fig soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion that I'm going to try to order for personal use! So fresh and smells great. Was close to Epic Universe, and International drive. Tons of restaurants, a grocery store and The Fun Spot amusement park within walking distance. Convenient parking, they even gave us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies nightly! So sweet. Thanks Violet.
A bit dated. Time for the carpeting to go.
