I love the location, is near to almost everything
I was attend by a staff (guess his name is Diego). This guy can't talk! Not even a single word. All my check-in with him was made wrong. He gave me a 2 queen bedroom, no parking pass.. No information, no nothing. That was the most terrible attending ever! I'm really disappointed. Has we were in a hurry, I just got there, get ready and leave. When we got back, we asked for a parking pass and the other Front Desk was checking our information and asked if our name correct, with wasn't! Now we're all concerned about all the stuff we left in the room.
The new staff walk us to the room to make sure everything was on places. I sent a email about the situation, no answers.

Everything , don't stay here . Room was horrible and dated At rear of building, ground floor straight onto car park .Asked if we could move several times , no one seemed to care . The pool was disgusting. No shower facilities before entering pool , couldn't see the bottom , extremely unclean . We left after four days into a two week stay , again nobody seemed to care . Before checking out we felt we were bullied into leaving when some guy insisted we get out of the room .They'd obviously rebooked it and wanted us out . Holiday ruined .

Rooms and decor are a bit dated. Had to call for AC service. Breakfast options were limited.

The $11 per person for breakfast, pillows were not comfortable at all, mattress was ok.

Location was great, near the parks and a lot of stuff to do around international drive. Comfortable beds and the rooms were clean.
No availability of swimming pool, there was "maintenance", but you never saw anyone working on the pool, with kids this was very unfortunate.. it seemed the staff also did not care one bit.. (5day stay).
