price and location near universal studios
old building, multiple police present, the whole place smells of pot. posters in the hall were covered in mold. Dehumidifier leaked in room. Half of the outlets didn't work

I have the worst experience I've ever had the hotel staffing manager was very rude and inconsiderable
The manager is very disrespective and hiring and tolerable when I asked her about the house and necessities that I needed for the room everybody

The staff was friendly and nice! However our room was disgusting rot painted over cockroaches of all sizes in our room and a candy bar wrapper in the corner upon arrival, we left it as an experiment. 6 days later it was still there! We will never stay there again!

Nothing it was disgusting! I woke up to roaches crawling all over the place. This place needs to be shut down!

It’s not the same anymore they smoking down the hallways you can’t sleep at night they fighting or yelling all night can’t sleep. Leaving back down open with garbage can not safe they only cleaned rooms every other day you called for tissue or towels they take they time and very rude l used to loved coming here just not safe have my 80 year old grandma with me and she scared as well
