Great location, very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean.
The kitchenware was very basic. I wish the kitchen were better equipped with condiments, olive oil, and other things.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything is walkable and easy to access. The front desk staff were attentive and always so helpful and kind.
I liked that we had access to the main property at Marriot world center, although, you had so much serenity at the royal palms property.
The rooms were well kept and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay.

The housekeeping services were really poor, I wouldnt have minded to pay an extra $ to make sure the room is cleaned everyday + sheets to be changed and towels everyday

The suite is large and clean. The kitchen is spacious and has everything I need for cooking. I LOVE the in-suite washer and dryer-nothing! Tennis courts and basketball courts are always available, and you can borrow sports goods directly from the front desk. All staff members are super friendly and responsive. one of the best resorts Ive ever been at!

Spacious and decently comfortable furniture/bed. Close to attractions. Nicely kept landscaping. Free parking (a big reason I picked this place).
Had to park far away from my building. Slightly musty smell in the room.
