Loved everything. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the condo was perfect, the communication was above par, overall every detail was taken care of. Housekeeping, grounds, laundry center, every employee was pleasant and smiling.

Location
The sofa beds (both of them) were extremely uncomfortable and basically impossible to sleep on. I weigh 165 pounds and I’m not a big person at all, yet I sank deeply into the mattresses and had no proper support.
On top of that, we were charged $10 to have the sofa beds set up. We were a group of six, and if the room is marketed as accommodating up to eight people, the room should be properly prepared for that number of guests. Charging extra to set up what is essentially the third bed is not reasonable; especially considering how uncomfortable the sofa beds already were.
These are small details, but they make a big difference in the overall experience. Everything else met the standard I expect from a Marriott.

This room was OK. It was clean but the furniture was very worn compared to my previous visit.
They charged $25.00 per day extra to stay on their property. I found this additional charge unacceptable. I won't stay here again. The timeshare pitch was too much !

Beautifully kept, huge villas, very spacious
Long-ish walk to the main pool from our villa. Having a child would’ve preferred to be in closer proximity to the main pool

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Decent food menu, which was convenient for when we needed a snack by the pool, the folks at the pavilion were great. There was programming that was appealed mostly to kids. The grounds were very well kept and lovely.
There was a strange musty smell in our unit the entire time, the AC seemed to help slightly the thermostat must’ve been on a timer because each afternoon we would return to the AC off and we’d have to lower the temp again. We would wake up with sore throats each morning and immediately after leaving they’ve gone away. The interior of the units are spacious but are outdated and most definitely need an update- the master bedroom pictures well online but is a blast to the past (early 2000’s).

Everything from check-in (very informative on the area and some activities to do). The room was well prepared and we were even able to check in early. The entire property was well cleaned and maintained,plenty of on sight amenities to use.
We took two cars down and on one of the days we didn’t leave with one car and it stayed there at the resort with family. We were charged a $27 parking fee. Didn’t quite understand that but other than that , it was oerfect
