For the most part I was left alone to enjoy my stay. The bar/restaurant was great and the 24 hours snack store was incredibly convenient. I was given coupons for free water or coffee from the store or each day of my stay and while I didn't use them all, they were a great deal to know I had! The lobby was never super busy and the staff were friendly when ran into them. It always looked and smelled clean too, even with a pool service opened most of the day.
There was a promotion going on and I received too many phone calls. Calls to my room and my cell phone. I was not mad about the promotion and did not mind hearing about it but there was no way to opt out when I didn't want to hear about it, I just had to ignore the calls.

The only thing I liked about the property is that you get to text what you need
I didn’t like that the elevators were down. I had to walk six floors. I did not like the bed. It felt like it was 20 years old.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and.modern, the beds were amazing! Valet parking team were on it. Never really had to wait for the car.
They had someone call the room for us to go down to the lobby and try to pitch a timeshare to us.

I liked that the property was very clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was also perfect for us, as my son’s basketball tournament was directly across the street at the Convention Center. Having a 1 bedroom spacious hotel room is always a good choice.
Nothing. Although, our food was good 99% of the time, the fish and chips that were recommended was very bland and no seasoning. Also, the batter fell off the fish instantly.

This property is great for it's location to the convention center. It's definitely walkable. I also love the free washer/dryer on each floor and the kitchen. The game room is very kid friendly. They have pool tables and ping pong tables as well. Staff is friendly.
This property is older. The elevators are slow. The refrigerator in our room made noise and did wake us up at night. Also, the 10 am check out is too early.

Rooms are spacious, shower has amazing water pressure, bathrooms have a fan so your whole room doesn’t get muggy every time someone showers location is perfect
Pool area could be nicer, wish there was nicer restaurants in the hotel

Loved the location to the convention center. Love the pool area. Loved having a kitchen.
The room has a very damp, stuffy feel to it. It was not a comfortable bed, it was very creaking when rolling over. The patio window blind was broken and would not go up or down.
The restaurant/bar service was very slow.

We traveled for business and left the hotel a day early because we were told a refund would be issued for the unused night. We drove over 5 hours back home based on this assurance. However, it’s been a month and we are still waiting for the refund. Today, we were finally told that the refund will not be processed. Very disappointing experience — we expected better from both Booking and Hilton. Unfortunately, we’ve learned the hard way that neither can be considered reliable.
