Nice location. But that doesn’t really matter in Orlando when you have a car. Pleasant reception and bar staff.
Cleaning was very poor. Housekeepers didn’t clear away used glasses and bedding was damp. Wrong bedding was initially provided for the sofa bed. Coffee machine didn’t work and though we asked for it to be looked at, nothing was done.

Check in - they canceled my reservation bc my flight was delayed and I missed my first night of the stay. Had to wait 30 min for new room and no additional accommodations were provided for the internal problem.

It’s in a great location and has a superb pool, music during the day and good entertainment.
The suite is brilliant, a massive bathroom, lovely size dining room and a balcony with a view as an added bonus

For the most part I was left alone to enjoy my stay. The bar/restaurant was great and the 24 hours snack store was incredibly convenient. I was given coupons for free water or coffee from the store or each day of my stay and while I didn't use them all, they were a great deal to know I had! The lobby was never super busy and the staff were friendly when ran into them. It always looked and smelled clean too, even with a pool service opened most of the day.
There was a promotion going on and I received too many phone calls. Calls to my room and my cell phone. I was not mad about the promotion and did not mind hearing about it but there was no way to opt out when I didn't want to hear about it, I just had to ignore the calls.
