Cleanliness and how tentaive the staff were to makesure our stay met our needs. The rooms were nice and big and the pool area was great! We had food at the bar which was excellent.

Perfectly clean and not overly full. Despite it being a family resort, there wasn't a lot of family noise in common spaces. The exercise room and pool facilities were very nice.
The bedding was a bit soft for my taste, especially after a Hilton stay in Prague with the most incredible Sealy mattress! I'm rather surprised that we don't/can't sort out trash. It would make the recycling process so much easier.
