Very clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing especially at the bar/ restaurant. Very friendly and make you feel like family.

This was the cleanest and most well managed hotel I have stayed at in a long time. My wife and both noted the cleanliness of the entire property. The room was quite large and very comfortable. I would stay here again 100%.

The room was nice and clean and services well everyday. Staff came and went without fuss or bother

This was my initial visit to HGV, and I can confidently say it will not be my last.
I selected this hotel for a conference at the Orange County Convention Center due to its convenient walking distance. Beyond the excellent location, I found the staff to be exceptionally kind and helpful. The availability of Starbucks coffee was a pleasant bonus, and the gym facilities perfectly met my requirements. There was ample parking, and my room was consistently clean, spacious, pleasantly fragrant, and well-maintained.
I would certainly recommend this establishment to my colleagues.
It is quite challenging for me to locate certain items. I believe that due to the bureaucratic processes within my office, it would be beneficial if breakfast were included as part of the room charge rather than being billed separately.
However, that is the extent of my feedback.
