Nice pool, big breakfast area,
Showers - went from scalding hot to freezing cold 3 separate times in the two rooms we stayed in
Front desk staff were not overly helpful - talking to eachother more than interacting with customers
No towels for pool area
Received messages via text to welcome and to use that chat method to request - never heard back on our requests

The bed was very hard. Also, I reserved in advance and did advance check in. We had a handicap room and the shower experience was not great with all the stuff in shower and the floor level with shower. Also the air conditioner would not work the unit said LC. The room was stuffy...

Everything was great! Breakfast, the shower, bed was super comfy and spacious, nice space for working and had all amenities such as microwave, fridge and more.
Just wished the property had more tv channels or a tv guide so didn’t have to flip through the whole thing

The location was good for what we wanted to do
The shower didn’t work in our room and called 3 times about it. On our last night they gave us a different room. The bed was not comfortable
