Room size, setup was perfect for our group. Loved low key nature of resort.
Carpets in room were pretty filthy. Wish there had been more toilet paper, towels, salt/pepper, etc.

They didn't respected my reservation, they sent me to another place. They couldn't say why, but it was disrespectful for them not to honor my reservation. I made the booking there dou to the location. But they sent me way farther than expected. And i was notified hours before my arrival. So, i they suck on that part.

Our space was huge and beyond comfortable! The best nights of sleep I have had in a hotel! It was clean, welcoming, and offered a lot of activities on-site. Additionally, the staff was beyond friendly, and accommodating to our late check-in. It was conveniently located near all of Orlando’s attractions, and parking was easy and free! We definitely wish we had a longer stay, and will be returning in the future!!
The WiFi isn’t free! Although, I am all for unplugging on vacations, if you have to respond to crucial work emails like I did, be prepared to pay for WiFi. I also wished there was better lighting in the bathroom, but all pretty minor issues!
