We had bugs in our room for multiple nights, only offered to switch room after multiple times asking, had someone also break into the room and leave items there mid way through. (We have photographs of both issues but again nobody cared). We even brought the item to the front desk who again.. didn't care.
however there is no cctv covering the floor, so there is no way to prove it.
When reported the night manager did not care, he had the most unempathetic tone possible.
The door can be shimmed open with the do not disturb signs. And the door locks firmware is massively out of date.
The hotel offered to comp for a single night. Even after wasting a full day switching room. As well more nights of unease. We asked for 2 nights which was told was unreasonable...
