The wifi connection was poor, the shuttle service to disney parks only takes you to 2 parks at certain times and it need reservation 24 hrs prior, room service was not tasty and not worth the price.

The bed bugs and they only refunded me for 1 night and never gave me a call back with any updates as the promised
