No valet parking, parking is extra, elevators are slow, food in hotel is mediocre and expensive, to many drunk people staying at the hotel, room next to us was filled with over 30 drunk people having a party and it took 3 calls to front desk and 3-1/2 hours to resolve problems.

The location is fantastic if you're going to the convention center. The facilities are beautiful and well designed. The rooms are very nice and efficiently planned
The air conditioner thermostat had no effect whatsoever on the room, which was too hot.
The mattresses were old and sagging.
The shower handle literally fell off each time when taking a shower.
The make-up mirror had a bulb in it that could at best be used as a night light.
The TV's options and channel selection were reminiscent of what was offered in the 1990s.
The internet was too often slow and unusable to the point that I had to connect through my phone as a hotspot. Given that it is a convention hotel, this should not happen.

Tub and shower, water temperature and strength
Tower one lack of amenities. Hot tub under construction No adult only areas. Way too many you girl's unaccompanied in outside Grotto pools/*hottib for my husband to be able to comfortably enjoy. SPA closes at 5pm. Hotel check in is at 4pm Parking $45
