Location, location, location. A stroll away from a lot of things. Convention Center with Jiu Jitsu Tournament was right there (that's what brought us to Orlando). Check in experience was amazing. We were able to check in early. Front desk agent found a room that was available without us having to ask if there is a room available. The woman standing in the lobby greeting everyone was very friendly. Workout facility was well equipped.
The "Starbucks" was bad.

We planned a short weekend get away. We were very excited to explore and engaged on all the hotel's amenities. But soo many were closed off. Although we were charged a resort fee, we weren't allowed to use the resort amenities.
All all pools + waterslide were closed off. We didnt get to enjoy our time by the pool during our stay. Also, the hotel has signs that lead us to the terrace pool, terrace garden, and tennis court. But all were closed off/under construction. It would've been appropriate to have signs stating that they are currently closed or under construction instead of leading us all the way to blocked off rooms. Also atleast 2 restaurants/bars were closed off: Rocks and coconut poolside Bar.
I understand that some are out of their control, but it would've been fair to offer a small refund for the inconvenience (atleast the resort charge fee).
If you plan on staying here and wanting to enjoy their amenities, I recommend finding out ahead of time if all will be available. Especially if you plan on traveling with family.s
