Very convenient location. Front Desk personnel were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Nice set up for coffee/tea and infusion water.
McCoy Restaurant was delicious experience, Daniela went beyond our expectations, very professional and she was making sure that we have a good experience.
I do apologize for not remembering the concierge from Greece. He printed the boarding passes for my son and he took his time to show us personally the options to go to Terminal C. We really appreciated it.
I definitely recommend this place. Thank you

The ease of checking in was great. We did some walking around checking out where we should be in the morning. We enjoyed dinner at the McCoy, and got our flight at 7:30 a.m. Staying there saved any panic getting ourselves to the airport on time.
We aren't able to find anything we didn't like.

Spent night for an early flight. Was easy to get to although the airport signage was not existent from the north entrance of the airport. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room as expected except for the locked balconies.
