The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast system. They told us we had to wait 40 minutes, but I understand they have to accommodate a lot of people for the size of the breakfast area. It wasn't a big deal for me.
I think it's a very cool, elegant, and clean place, I really liked the shops they have, the beach, the kayak area, the restaurant; very interesting.

Great location, tasty breakfest, great pool and activities around hotel (basketball, minigolf, beach…)
Free shuttle in limited options only and even before the evening Disney fireworks. So we had to use Uber anyway.
Carpet and sofa in the room were dirty, soft bed and old furniture

The staff great customer service
For the price of the night on this hotel is ridiculous that you get charge for parking and the beds where hard , also check In at 4 pm check out at 11 am not even 24 hrs for the price not worth it .

Staff were nice. Location was good. The staff and the food at Four Flamingos restaurant were amazing! Some reviews complained about that it wasn’t worth the price. We didn’t spend more than at a Cheesecake Factory; and the food was unique and delicious. And I’m very picky like a child and I’m also vegeterian… still I could find food to eat there and it was fantastic! Wifey loved it, too. I think it’s worth a try!
The breakfast buffet was worth it, too! We loved it.
A lot of nice amenities in the hotel also. We had a lot of fun.
There is room for improvement. Our room was not as clean as expected. Sure, the bed, the bathroom, and the floor were clean, but the windows weren’t so much (they also had spiderwebs overhead). I mean it’s not critical, but one would expect more from a 4-star hotel.
