Pleasant
Seem to use the quality name of the hotel, but provide very substandard service. Most staff great, except breakfast staff. Young ladies need to get off their cellphones and get serious training on customer service and courtesy. Breakfast tasted awful!

Breakfast and location were good.
We stayed 2 nights and they were out of hand soap. We were put in a handicap room where the sink was away from the bathroom. The setup of the handicap room was not good for us.

Location to airport was reason for stay
Check-in was a nightmare. I stopped by at 2 pm ( I know check in is 3pm) to check they said come back at 3 so I left & came back & the lobby was jammed with people waiting for rooms to be ready. Our wait took till after 4 pm. You had a lot of very unhappy, tired customers. The staff at front desk took all the nasty comments & handled it well. It was attributed to a full house the nite before & housekeeping was overwhelmed by # of rooms to be done. Don’t know if more staff (if you even had it) should have been brought in.
The only other issue was tv channel selection was extremely limited. I had just stayed the previous 3 nites at your Lake Mary facility & tv selection was widespread. Asked for 4:30 am wake up call & got it at 4 am !

The staff was really accommodating. They got us into our room at 1pm so my son could take a nap. The room was clean and looks renovated.
The only thing I didn’t like about the room was the bathroom and we had AC issues. The fan would not stop blowing cold air even when we turned it off. The bathroom had patches where it looks like the intention was to paint but it was never painted. There was also hair on the floor. They also charge $20 a night for parking where other hotels nearby charge $10.

Location is good, close to the airport with a free shuttle to/from the hotel.
Big room with good TV where you can connect and watch your accounts.
Decent hot breakfast.
Breakfast room is very small and it's pretty crowded.
Water bottle in the room is NOT complimentary! Water! Only "for members". For a small bottle which cost 17 cents at retail they charge $4. What a greed!
Communication with the hotel staff is terrible, they either didn't reply or send weird messages like I received "thank you for your stay" a day BEFORE my ARRIVAL which even made me check my reservation. And still kept not replying after that.

The room and breakfast was very good.
The parking permit was a pain and that it can't just be charged with the room when you check in is ridiculous.
