Never got to experience being there because of flight cancellation at the end of the day after sitting in Philadelphia airport for 13 hours. I requested a refund. Booking.com does not respond

Wonderful
Really comfortable stay with nice amenities. Newly renovated. Good variety of breakfast options with vegetarian food. Staff were really friendly too.
The bathrooms were small and location was a bit far from shops and restaurants.

The location was excellent, quiet and very close to the airport. The breakfast was very good - lots of options.
The air conditioning unit was next to the bed and very noisy.

Very clean but we arrived at 10 am and we’re not allowed in the room until 3. We had to pay 50 dollars to get in early, I thought this was terrible as the room was ready. Otherwise we would have to sit in the very small lobby until 3 pm. Please fix this problem , 50 dollars is a lot of money to get into a hotel room that cost 200 dollars and have to pay 50 more, that is rediculous.

The rooms are really very big.
The breakfast was really not good. Scrambled eggs out of a package. The breakfast area was overloaded with people just a very bad experience. And then we had to pay another $30 for parking one night. I was shocked after checking out.

We loved the courtesy and professionalism of staff. The cleaness of the facility.
Honestly, I can not pin point anything that was negative or we didn't like. We have recommended the hotel to a few people already.

My room charges were paid for in advance. I confirmed this twice by calling your staff a week prior. When I arrived I still had to use a credit card to pay. This deeply affected my vacation experience.
