Lobby staff friendly, the room clean, beds and various pillows very comfortable. The swimming pool area was clean and water clear. The morning breakfast was enough options and quality good.

The room was decent.
The communication regarding the airport shuttle service was lacking significantly. Waited nearly an hour after multiple calls to the hotel.
The parking rates overnight are a ripoff.

I would suggest the sever pay better attention to filling in hot water quicker I had to ask someone to refill hot water more than twice during Breakfast within a 10-15 minute window.

Was very clean, and had a nice menu for a hotel. Prices were reasonably. Did have to wait for a while before checking in as we had an earlier flight.
The extra charge for early check-in. Already traveling on a budget, didn't wish to send more to maybe get in room faster.
