everything about Hyatt House was excellent. The property was beautiful, clean and staff was super helpful! Stevie and the older gentleman from St. Thomas was very helpful and pleasant to talk too! I'm from the Virgin Islands so it was awesome to meet someone from my home!
There was nothing not to like. Everything was excellent. My kids rated it a ten out of ten. Very impressive place to stay.

It was beautiful
The staff I waited an hour in the lobby for my room. They didn’t say anything to me I had to ask what was the hold up. Because my 3 year old was going crazy. No drink or cookie or even an apology for the wait.
