The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!
A little more variety at breakfast... make it a paid option, but make it tasty—and no frozen berries.

Beautiful property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned so well and it was a pleasure to stay here. The breakfast with toasted bagels, bread, oats, cereals, hot tater tots, potatoes, hash browns, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, tea, coffee, juice is so good! Loved my stay here! Their staff were helpful with booking shuttle to Universal even on the spot! Lovely property!

Amazing hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and fully equipped (even for cooking). The staff were very kind, even for our one-night stay. My daughter forgot her favorite hoodie, and they went above and beyond to find it, and they did!
