The hotel was amazing! It was one of the best stays we had. It had everything you need perfect location if you to go to Universal parks and very close to shops and places to eat as well. Breakfast was great and had a decent choice of what to eat. Also you were able to order dinner which had a good choice of meals as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean!
We loved everything at the hotel and could not say anything bad about it!

Family room with bunk beds and sliding door, great when travelling with a teenager
There was a huge vent in the corner of the room we had which we felt serviced a number of rooms - this was noisy overnight. Fine for one night stay after flight from uk but would have asked to move if staying longer

Really close to universal. Really clean and nice staff. Bedrooms are nice too and beds aren’t close to door which is good for not hearing noise in the hallway.
Wish we didn’t have to pay for parking.
