Family room with bunk beds and sliding door, great when travelling with a teenager
There was a huge vent in the corner of the room we had which we felt serviced a number of rooms - this was noisy overnight. Fine for one night stay after flight from uk but would have asked to move if staying longer

Really close to universal. Really clean and nice staff. Bedrooms are nice too and beds aren’t close to door which is good for not hearing noise in the hallway.
Wish we didn’t have to pay for parking.

We liked the layout of the room, the closeness to universal, the breakfast was exceptionally good and the beds were comfortable.
The bathroom door was very difficult to open and close. Had to leave it slightly open just so you could wrap your hand around the edge to push.
Also, there needs to be more shuttle times and availability, and shuttles for the special events such as the horror nights.

The hotel and the room were beyond my expectations—very spacious and comfortable.
I asked one of the staff members for help in getting an Uber to Universal Studios since I didn’t have the app, but unfortunately, I felt neglected. It took about an hour and a half, and in the end, she never actually called one for me. That was very disappointing, as a simple gesture of assistance could have made a big difference in my stay—especially since it was my first time at this location and I really needed some guidance. Thankfully, another guest at the hotel was kind enough to help me. Overall, I felt a bit unwelcome in that moment, which was disheartening.

The location was great, not only because it was close to local attractions, but also because it was easy to merge with traffic each time we needed to leave the parking lot.
The bar food would probably taste better after a couple drinks; not worth the price you pay.
