Hyatt House was the perfect hotel to stay for our vacation! The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen in our room was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The location couldn’t be better, just a 20-minute walk to Universal attractions, with a convenient shuttle service provided to and from the park. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking to save money while still enjoying all the perks.

breakfast on our second day was awesome, staff was great, lobby area was clean, and very close to Universal.
Our room smelled like pee (not humidity). I asked the caretaker to spray something or do anything to eliminate the smell - it lingered even after she sprayed the room down with something.
