The sofa bed was dirty and thin could not use it.
The bathroom shower had no pressure because it was broken.

Very clean large room with good kitchen facilities and sitting area.
Nice bathroom was a good shower.
Pool, bar and restaurant was very modern, elegant and clean. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice of hot and cold items.
Air conditioning unit was very noisy and switched on and off throughout the night, distrupting sleep quite a bit. The room also smelled quite stale and musky because there doesn't appear to be any fresh airflow - windows cannot be opened. Drying swimsuits and washed small items proved difficult because of this. Complimentary shuttle service was only hourly and quite limiting.

Excellent location for Universal (and international drive etc) but a really well equipped, modern and clean suite with kitchen/fridge etc. it’s got 3 fast elevators too! George on reception was very helpful in sorting out our parking payment when the app didn’t work. Comprehensive breakfast offering and big pool.
Like most hotels there is a charge for parking but it’s much cheaper than parking at Universal for the day.
