Our room (King Bed) was a bit of a disappointment, compared with mini Suite that we booked for our daughter's family. And yet the price was very close to the same?? Our Bed was not at all comfortable & what's with the dead pillows? :o(

The Suite Room that we booked was awesome! Perfect layout & felt like we were on a wonderful 2 day Vacay!
Weather is not their fault, but it was chilly when we were there 'Would have been nice to have a hot tub!

1) Front desk (male) not welcoming. 2) A custodian a)Commented we likely couldn't pull out the sofa because we're girls (sexist) and b) promised to bring us a comforter for the sofa bed and never did. 3) Front desk stingy with given blanket AND comforte

I love staying here! I have stayed once before back when the pandemic was in full swing and I really liked it back then, even with the limited breakfast (it was nice to have one at all during that time!), so I decided to stay again during a quick visit to go to Universal Studios. I was worried I wouldn't be able to use the shuttle since I checked in so late, but it was super easy to book in the morning when I went down for breakfast and I was able to use it both days to at least get to the park. You can't beat how close it is! Now that the full breakfast is back, that was great and it was delicious and had different options each day - it kept me full for most of the day, so I didn't have to eat at the park. In terms of the room, the beds were really comfortable after a long day and I loved the shower and towels, of which there were plenty! And one night I came back early and had a nice swim in the pool - it was so relaxing and quiet. A great stay!
Didn't really care for the shampoo or body wash provided - they didn't smell that great and didn't do much for my hair. The conditioner was nice since I didn't have any, but still smelled weird. And the guy running the park shuttle desk in the morning on my second day was kind of rude, like I was inconveniencing him to reserve a shuttle, but no big deal. But everything else was great!

We always stay here when we go to universal is a short walk if you like to walk and its a short drive if you dont care to walk. ITs central to many hot spot in the area and easy to get in and out of. Its a very very convenient spot.

I am all about customer service. Everyone greeted me with a smile.They were happy to help with any questions.The room was very clean! And very spacious. It was very nice to have breakfast daily and it was good with a good variety. The heated pool was clean with plenty of outside seating with a bar and fire pit area.It was nice to have a free shuttle to universal.And you can't beat the location!
