One of the toilet rolls had spots on it. It looked like the roll had fallen into water. Also, it would have been nice to have bacon, grits, and cheese as part of the menu. There was no ice during the breakfast timeframe.

Location is perfect for the main attractions. Not far from downtown.
Have to pay for parking. Which is not notified until you arrive at the hotel. Food sucks ! This part is not their fault but I wish I knew it was an indoor pool.

Close to park. Nice and clean. Plenty of room.
Wish they had a couple more shuttles on the route. Does get very crowded. But still appreciate the service

Location was great.
Shuttle service to Universal Studios was very limited. We ended up using Uber or Lyft to get to the park or we walked to the park.
