The hotel was clean. The pool area was very nice.
Well, only one elevator working, which meant 5 to 10 minute weights every time you wanted to use the elevator the hot breakfast buffet was lukewarm at best and not a very good variety. The worst part was our room never got below 71° complained to the desk about how hot it was basically was told there's nothing they could do about it so for two nights I hardly slept at all because it was so hot and I spent half of my time at the hotel, waiting for elevators

Loved the breakfast and the location in proximity to Universal.
Everything was great! The elevator went out of service while we were there a few times, which caused alot of backup and people had to wait, but they were super quick in fixing the situation.

Paying for parking at a hotel I paid to stay at is so silly.
Pool had too much chemicals. My kids had to get out after 15 min because their eyes were burning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. When you walk in, the hotel looks clean and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, which I appreciated after a long trip. The pool area was also clean and well-maintained.
The hotel room was set up like a clean apartment-style suite, which I really liked. It included two TVs, a refrigerator, and a stove, giving it a homey feel. However, one downside was that the in-room phones didn’t work. After bringing it up to the staff, they gave me a number to text, which was helpful.
The staff was informative and gave me a paper with pool hours and breakfast times, which I appreciated. One of my biggest complaints is the shuttle system. The shuttles only run at very specific times and are not flexible at all. You have to wake up early just to get on a list, and if you miss it, you’re out of luck. I think they should consider running an hourly shuttle to make it more convenient for guests.
Another issue was that people were allowed to smoke right outside the entrance, which wasn’t pleasant when coming in and out of the building.
The hotel is very close to the park, but you’ll still need an Uber to get there. For the location and amenities, the value was fair. I’d consider staying again if they made a few improvements, esp

Close and near by universal, shuttle service, continental breakfast.
They never cleaned the room the entire stay. The trash was take out, that’s it. The carpet was stained and smelled. The eggs and protein served could be improved.

Staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Justin D. addressed any concerns and accommodated my son with special needs. Steven the maintenance worker was also understanding and kind when it came to a toilet issue in our room. When I stay in Orlando this is the only hotel I use!

The room was beautiful, sleek, modern, and looked almost brand new. The staff was very friendly, and gave me a complimentary upgrade. I had a bad experience with my car rental (unrelated to them) and the girl at the front desk knew how upset I was and gave me complimentary parking. She made my trip less stressful because that was one less fee. They had new TV’s in the room, and a nice coffee maker, flat top stove, fridge, and brand new walk in shower. It was so much more than I expected for the price! I was more comfortable here than I was at the extremely expensive hotel that we stayed at the night before! I will definitely book here for my whole stay next time!
