The room was beautiful, sleek, modern, and looked almost brand new. The staff was very friendly, and gave me a complimentary upgrade. I had a bad experience with my car rental (unrelated to them) and the girl at the front desk knew how upset I was and gave me complimentary parking. She made my trip less stressful because that was one less fee. They had new TV’s in the room, and a nice coffee maker, flat top stove, fridge, and brand new walk in shower. It was so much more than I expected for the price! I was more comfortable here than I was at the extremely expensive hotel that we stayed at the night before! I will definitely book here for my whole stay next time!

The location is perfect. Very close to Universal Studios and the outlets.
The room isn't very well maintained. The AC was too loud, so I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, so bad smells were trapped for hours inside the room with no windows to open. Kitchen was okay but the stove top was very low power and the kitchen sink is unbelievably small.

The hotel rooms need some upgrading considering the price. The carpets are extremely dirty .. I would not want my toddler nor my feel on the floor.
