The location is perfect. Very close to Universal Studios and the outlets.
The room isn't very well maintained. The AC was too loud, so I had to turn it off at night. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, so bad smells were trapped for hours inside the room with no windows to open. Kitchen was okay but the stove top was very low power and the kitchen sink is unbelievably small.

The location and the staff were great.
The hotel rooms need some upgrading considering the price. The carpets are extremely dirty .. I would not want my toddler nor my feel on the floor.

Location is prime, super clean, great value, super friendly staff
The 1st room we were given had a broken pull out bed, the front desk was super accommodating and got us into a new room immediately

Great location. Love the free transportation to Universal. Pool was nice. Good breakfast. Hotel was clean.
