It was beautiful
The staff I waited an hour in the lobby for my room. They didn’t say anything to me I had to ask what was the hold up. Because my 3 year old was going crazy. No drink or cookie or even an apology for the wait.

It was well located and breakfast was great and staff was nice.
The mattress for the sofa bed was disgusting with dark stains, the bathtub drain plug was broken and a drawer was also broken and the carpet in the room was sticky.

The room was big and very clean and we really liked the location being so close to universal.
Pool area was quite small but not a hugely disappointing thing as we didn’t really use it and we would have liked if room service food was an option.
