Staff were so friendly and helpful! The front desk staff were so sweet to my toddler and even got her a cup of milk. & The room was spotless.

Great location (10 mins from the parks). Full breakfast bar with many tasty options daily. Pool area was nice as well. Staff also very pleasant.

Really good rooms, and quiet. Good offering of breakfast. Staff very friendly. You'll need to catch a bus to universal, but it picks up right outside the hotel.
Checking in the afternoon means that you can't book the bus for Universal Studios the next day since reservation desk is only open in the morning. No shuttle from MCO Airport to hotel.

The shower was a good size, the bar staff was fantastic, and had a good breakfast variety.
The bed was too firm and having to pay for parking.
