The swimming pool was closed. Ice machine on floor was broken. Water was turned off for 5 hours. No room made up. No new towels. Needed more in room coffee.

The property is located close to several stores an restaurants and less than 15 minute drive to the Disney and Universal Theme Parks. The staff were very helpful ad friendly and the free hot breakfast was passable.
The property is in an overall state of disrepair. The Air Conditioning in the hallways was not functioning, the elevator was missing a handrail and the flooring was peeling up in one corner. Numerous doors in the room and common areas were misaligned and did not close properly. The stairwell door directly across from room 403 slammed very loudly every time it closed. The door to the bedroom in 403 was practically falling off it's hinges and would not close without rubbing. The bathroom door also rubbed when closing. The television in the bedroom di not work but the one in the living room did. The fridge door stuck when trying to open it, some cupboard doors were also misaligned. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, we found the inside of the cupboards dusty and hair on the dishes. The kitchen faucet base was loose and would move when trying to use it. The living room couch had stains on it and the beds had altered mattress pads as comforters. The exterior door to the laundry/fitness area had a broken door handle and only 2 of the 4 washers and 2 of 4 dryers were operational. Unfortunately our schedule did not allow enough tine to deal with these issues with the property staff at the time.

I don’t like how upon the arrival I had to wait even after check in time to get my room the staff signed my paperwork for me and just handed me the keys I paid for my rooms and parking using my card and the next night the hotel tried taking 79$ off my card I went down and ask them why was they trying to take money off my card when I just paid for everything he told me no charges because I paid for everything but he couldn’t tell me why they was trying to take my money we was asking for room service the whole week and they kept saying someone was going to come no one never came to are last night than the staff lied and said I was smoking in my room and I wasn’t they never came to the door or called to ask about the smoking no nothing they keep trying to take money off my card still I have the proof and I don’t even owe nothing because I paid now if it was try that I was smoking in the room why no one came to the room called me no nothing but trying to take my money off my card over a lie and the staff came to my room to bring towels and tissue and they never smelled no smoke

Nice room there is a lot of groups using the place and crowded for breakfast. Lack of hot water in shower. Wasnt cold but not great all same.
