This property was 15-20 minute walk from Universal, shops & restaurants were located close to hotel.
Smaller pool then I thought, rooms could be cleaner & the pull out couch in the suite room we had needed replaced…the springs were popping out! Also I never got extra pillows that were requested.

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at your location. We were told they could not find our reservation. There was no record of our confirmation #. We had to quickly find another place. We were panicked to say the least. We were still charged even after contacting company and explaining our situation. We are very unhappy obviously and we will be sure to share this experience with everyone.

Someone used my credit card in the middle of the night that was on file at the hotel to buy something online for fortunately, my credit card company did not allow it. I was very disappointed that someone that’s on staff there. Try to use my credit card at two in the morning to buy something, I’m just glad that my bank knew that that was not me and rejected it. I reported it to the manager there don’t know what happened after that, but I did have to get a new credit card.

The room was really nice and fit my family perfectly. The location was amazing not to far from anything we wanted to do. The staff was excellent and the daily breakfast was really good. The price for our stay was amazing.
I really dont have any complaints. The only thing that was a bummer but nothing the staff could do about it was the issues they had with the elevator.

It was very close to Universal Studios, the shuttle was great to get there. But coming home the last shuttle was at 9 o’clock at night, which is great if your day ended at that time, we took an Uber back.
The rooms were clean and very spacious, we loved that it had a separate living room with the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.
Staff was excellent, we didn’t have time for breakfast, but we did take a look at it, for breakfast that doesn’t happen very often.
We will definitely return
The only thing is the elevator didn’t work very well. We had to hit the third floor before going up to our floor.
The button to close the elevator door wasn’t there, we kept hitting that emergency bell?
It made us laugh, and I know they were working on it
It’s always good to laugh once in a while.

I like that it's very welcoming, the open lobby are. The only thing I didn't like is that the elevator not going up to the fourth floor,we had to go up n down couple of time.But everything else was super.
