I like that it's very welcoming, the open lobby are. The only thing I didn't like is that the elevator not going up to the fourth floor,we had to go up n down couple of time.But everything else was super.

The breakfast was good
The elevator was malfunctioning and ended up not working at all. We got back to the hotel at midnight and there was no parking because multiple trucks with trailers parked the wrong direction taking up multiple spots and the staff offered no assistance as to where to park other than next door which also had no parking

Proximity to universal is a huge plus. Spacious rooms, free parking.
The pillows and mattresses gave me a backache. The elevator is broken. It should be fixed immediately. There is only one
